Online
Ordering online through our secure server is a four-step process available
24 hours:
Step
1: Finalize the items in your Shopping Cart
Your shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping.
You can update your order by adding or deleting items, changing quantities,
or you can go directly to the next step by clicking on the "Check Out"
button to proceed to the Billing and Shipping page.
Step
2: Complete your Billing and Shipping Information
Enter your billing and shipping information. Please carefully complete
all the fields. If your shipping and billing information are exactly the
same, just check the box indicated and the shipping fields will automatically
be updated for your order. Select your payment option (Credit Card, Check
or Money Order).
Step
3: Review Your Order
If paying by Credit Card you will see the final confirmation screen of
your order. You can still modify your order at this stage or proceed to
final credit card processing by clicking the Payment Processing button.
Next you will see your billing and shipping information, which can be
modified at this time if needed. Once all information is confirmed click
the Submit Transaction button to complete the order.
(If paying by Check or Money Order you will be shown a printable Purchase
Order with your order Total, including shipping and sales tax (if applicable).
Print the page and mail it to us along with your check or money order.)
Step
4: Order Confirmation
If paying by Credit Card, you will see a printable final receipt of your
payment processing, and you will also receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Click the "Click here to complete your transaction" to see an itemized
summary of your order. This also may be printed for your records.

Orders shipped to Florida zip codes will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

Shipping
Rates
Shipping costs are based on your total order value (excluding sales tax)
using USPS Priority mail and nominal handling fee. Contact Us if you
would like an estimate of your shipping cost before placing your order.
For orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, please Contact Us via e-mail for a quote on shipping charges.
Note: Orders for Affirmation Card packs and BlingWings receive an option for
free US mail shipping. And for orders containing Affirmation Card individual
packs and BlingWings with other merchandise, the total cost of the
Affirmation cards or BlingWings is not applied to your overall shipping
cost. The free shipping on individual card packs or BlingWings receives
shipping by First-Class US mail with 7-10 day estimated arrival time, or
more, based on your location. You can choose to have the cards or blings
sooner by selecting Priority or Express shipping at the cost given when you
check-out.

Delivery
Time
Unless otherwise noted, orders received at WordsUP by 3:00 PM Eastern
Time will typically ship the following day. Handling
time plus the period in transit gives you the approximate
total shipping time for each method shown below.
Priority
- 4 to 5 business days total
Express
- 2 to 3 business days total
Note: FREE delivery on Affirmation Card Packs will be sent by First Class
Mail and should arrive 7 to 10 days after ordering. If you choose to receive
them sooner you may select Priority shipping for $3.95 or Express for
$15.00.
Next Day delivery is available for phone orders. Our Customer Care Representatives
will provide a shipping estimate when you place your order. Call us at
(866) 967-3787.
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional time. We will
notify you of when to expect your order.

Returns
We are proud of our wordsUP collection. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30
days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Authorization for merchandise return must be obtained from our Returns

number, and further instructions. When you contact us, please tell us
the reason for your return and have your order number handy.
